Create Type Layer and rasterize type |

Load Aging Affections - Rust Brushes |

Select the Eraser (E) tool and load a custom brush from the Brush Preset picker |

Use Eraser to remove type |

Ctrl/Cmd+Click the Type Layer icon in the Layers Palette to create a selection based upon the type |

Create a New Layer |

Add a Layer Mask by clicking the icon in the Layers Palette |
